You will receive an embodied yin yoga spring full 90-minute practice, a separate meditation, acupuncture pressure points that compliment the spring energy, & self-care information including how to support & strengthen the related organs, how we can move forward from the associated emotions, essential oils, nutrition & recipes, lifestyle suggestions, inspirations & reflections.
