Claire holds over 1,500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training & 17 years of teaching experience in a vast range of teaching styles including Hatha, Yin yoga, pregnancy yoga, yoga therapy, Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine, and is an ERYT 500 (experienced) yoga teacher qualified to lead teacher trainings.
